Tired of the same old catering? Have Chowgirls round up the perfect menu for your next get-together. Whether it's an intimate dinner party, a business lunch, a rockin' art opening, or a birthday party, Chowgirls will wow your guests with a spread they won't forget.
After we receive your inquiry, we'll contact you with a few more questions. Then we'll email you a menu proposal. This is a starting point for discussion. We're happy to revise the menu to best suit your tastes and your budget. To secure the date, pay a 50% deposit of the estimate with a check or credit card.
We welcome special requests and we'll work with you to plan the ideal feast for your guests and your budget.
• We'll handle the rental of dishes, linens, glassware, and other accessories. You won't have to worry about scheduling deliveries or changing quantities at the last minute. If you choose to coordinate the rentals yourself, we'll gladly offer guidance so that we are all on the same page • $250
• This includes linens, centerpieces, flatware, dishes, glassware, etc. • $25 per table
• If you need extra assistance in this area, we'll arrange for our crew to do the heavy lifting • $7 per table/25¢ per chair
• Not all facilities handle this arduous task, but if you want, we'll schedule some extra muscle to help out. $7 per table/25¢ per chair
• If you choose to use our compostable and disposable supplies such as clear corn cups, potato starch utensils, and paper plates or napkins, we will haul your trash off site and make sure it gets composted through Eureka Recycling. 25¢ per guest
• If you supply your own alcohol for an open bar at a private party, Chowgirls can refer you to bartenders whom you pay directly.
• We are happy to refer more than 30 venues where catering options are unrestricted and Chowgirls is a preferred caterer, such as 413 on Wacouta, Epic Event Center, Frank Stone Gallery, FIVE Event Center, Cowles Conservatory, Theodore Wirth Fireplace Room, Columbia Manor, James J. Hill Library, and Rosalux Gallery.
Chowgirls provides a fresh approach to box lunches, hot lunches, holiday parties, and company picnics. We can deliver or provide full service.
We work with creative couples to serve memorable food for their big day. We also offer assistance with coordinating rentals and recommending unique locations.
• For weddings and events with a guest count of 75 or more, we invite you and a guest to our Northeast Minneapolis kitchen to sample the menu. Tastings are $25 per tasting guest. If you sign on with us, that money will be applied to your final bill.
• Somebody's gotta do it! 50¢ per guest
• Have a beautiful and delicious starter available to your guests the moment they sit down at the table. Prices vary depending on the cheeses you choose.
